Nicole came to the City of Lakeland with a demonstrated history of strategic planning and government affairs from the City of Tampa as an Urban Designer in 2010. Her first position with the City of Lakeland was as a Project Manager with the CRA. In 2015 she became the CRA manager, overseeing the 3 redevelopment areas: Dixieland, Downtown, and Midtown.
