Reopen(ed) Lakeland – ‘What’s Next for Small Businesses?

A Series of Listening Sessions for Lakeland’s Small Businesses

Join the Lakeland Chamber President, Cory Skeates and BRIDGE Local Founder, Chrissanne Long and a member of the City of Lakeland Commission as we discuss the challenges facing the small business community due to the effects of COVID-19.

As business leaders and stakeholders, we are committed to doing whatever it takes to find solutions for our small businesses that will ensure that you are able to weather the challenges ahead.

We’re asking attendees to consider their responses to the questions below prior to the session, but the conversation will be focused on whatever the attendees care to share when they participate. We hope that they will feel safe to share their concerns and openly discuss how we can improve the ecosystem for small businesses in 2021 and beyond.
  • As we draw closer to the end of 2020, what are you concerned will be the economic challenges facing your small businesses in the next 6-12 months
  • What solutions would you like to see business leaders considering to ensure we can avoid increases in closures, layoffs, and other economic perils?

We have (7) dates available, and one commissioner will attend each event. Please select from our available dates. You must register to be granted access to your selected session.
